A day of relaxation, catching up after the exertions of yesterday's hike. French conversation practice in the morning. Then a nice lunch with Viv sitting outside in the plaza - I had a salad with a "cheesecake" of Reblochon (melted cheese in a pastry shell, but the waiter attempted to describe it in English as "cheesecake").
Then home to indulge in reading "The Passage". I think I'll only need one more day to finish it off.
