July 11, 2010: Washington - The Road Trip

Our trip down to Washington went well. We took highway 219 through much of Pennsylvania - a beautiful winding road through forested land. Just as I took over the wheel we finally hit traffic - a few painfully long slow-downs for merging traffic due to construction. But we made it, and picked up a delicious peach pie en route when we stopped at a bakery/cafe for supper.
